We are working with a provider of Occupational Health services to source a qualified Occupational Health Advisor for a Lead Nurse position. This role is fully remote, full time or part-time (min 4 days), permanent role, working from home.
The role will be split between case management (3 days) and staff management (2 days).
Role Responsibilities:
- Case management.
- Leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a team of nurses and technicians.
- Clinical triage.
- Appraisal, supervision, and development plans.
- Maintain company policies and protocols.
- Coordinate complaints investigations.
- Update and maintain the occupational health recording system.
- Create and maintain clinical records and management reports.
- Participate in the audit and monitoring of SEQOHS standards and protocols.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the full remit of occupational health and have an Occupational Health qualification. You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You must have excellent, recent, case management experience and experience in leadership within Occupational Health.
The role is full time or part time minimum 4 days a week.
