Multi-Award winning Occupational Health Provider seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to work in Newcastle.

I am working with a multidisciplinary Occupational Health provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor in Newcastle.

In addition to being a specialist provider of Occupational Health Services, they offer a range of workplace health and wellbeing specialisms that are not widely available in the UK.

These include:

• Specialist treatment programmes for complex mental health issues and addictions of all kinds.
• Alcohol and opioid detox services.
• Medication enquiries service.
• Medication Visa.
• Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Specialist training programmes including workplace mental health awareness.

Role responsibilities include:

• Case management.
• Health Surveillance.
• Vaccinations.
• Immunisations.
• New starter screening.
• Health Promotion.

The role is full-time or part time (min 3 days) based in Newcastle. The role involves working at their offices in Newcastle, but there will be a need to travel to client sites in the North East, so you must have a car and full UK driving licence. Full on the job training is available to the successful applicant.

Role requirements:

• Occupational Health experience.
• RGN registered with the NMC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Case management experience.
• Health Surveillance experience.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence and car.

An interest or experience in mental health, addiction services, neurology, or pharmacology, would be beneficial to your application but not essential.

Salary is up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits dependent on experience. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
